Fairlington Villages 2008 Owner/Resident Survey Results The results of the 2008 Owner/Resident Survey are in. Highlights include ... Over 61 percent of respondents indicated that condo fees are reasonable for the services and amenities provided. More than 60 percent of the responses to questions about the administrative and maintenance staff indicated a high or very high level of satisfaction. Satisfaction with maintenance of the tennis courts was rated high or very high by 40 percent. Parking rules were rated as reasonable by 92 percent.
