Pools
The Pool
Committee is responsible for the following:
- Selection
and recommendation of the pool contractor;
- Monitoring
the pools, making sure that lifeguards enforce pool
rules;
- Making
recommendations on furniture and accessory items at pools (i.e.,
planters, lights, bulletin boards);
- Recommendations
to the Board on rules and schedule changes;
- Plans special
pool parties and activities (water aerobics, etc.);
- Budget
recommendations;
- Recommendations
to the Board for major upgrades and enhancements (i.e., the
recent upgrade of the pool houses at Pool 5); and
- Monitors
usage of the pools.
