There will be a special meeting of the Board of Directors to develop a Balcony Replacement Project Strategic Plan outlining guidance and criteria for installation of new stairs and fences on Tuesday February 14, 2012 at 6:30pm in the Community Center.  If necessary an Executive Session will be convened to discuss the legal advice provided by our general counsel, Peter Stackhouse.
